Providing resources to assist clients with housing is vital for aiding women in successful and sustained re-entry after incarceration. We offer rent-assistance vouchers as well as help overcoming barriers that arise when clients attempt to locate willing property owners w/respect to leasing. Let us know if we can help.
| Essential Needs |
While it is important that women reentrants think long-term, it is not possible to take tackle larger issues if basic needs are not meet. HOPE for Women can assist with obtaining needs such as personal care/hygiene items, proper clothing for work, phone service, and health-related resources.
| Employment Ready |
For any woman looking to sustain successful reentry, it is vital that employment (at a livable wage) is obtained. Knowledge of industries and employers that hire candidates with a conviction record is essential. Strategies for developing necessary knowledge and skills are needed, and HOPE for Women is ready to assist.
